Lt. Paul Baker, Director, Office of Emergency Management (OEM)
KZ8OEM, Paul is the Emergency Manager for Kalamazoo County. Paul has a long and distinguished career in Law Enforcement, Fire Services and Emergency Management. Paul is also the past President of the Michigan Emergency Management Association (MEMA).   

Dave Schneider, OEM RACES Liaison, OEM Regional Planner
AB8DS, Dave is active with supporting the RACES group and coordinating efforts with OEM.

Art Snapper, County Emergency Coordinator and Radio Officer
NK8X, Art is the top RACES officer and directs RACES member activities for Kalamazoo County.

Hal Thomas, KCR Administrative Coordinator
N8HAL, Hal is responsible for administrative functions for RACES such as Policy and Procedures, Member Communications, Records and Application processing.  Hal is also a Exec Board Member of the EOC and responsible for the Warnings and Communications annex.

Mike Wierenga, KCR Equipment Coordinator
KD8HEU, Mike is responsible for RACES equipment and asset management. Distributes equipment for training and assures that equipment is maintained and operational. 

Brian Perkins, KCR Operations Coordinator
KC8FZY, Brian is responsible for RACES operations both at the EOC and field deployment.  Brian oversees EOC radio room operations, he is backup Net Control for Skywarn and is a volunteer for OEM.

Dorman Wilson, KCR Training Coordinator
N8YNW, Dorman is responsible for KCR training programs for our members and works full time for Kalamazoo County with radio communications.
